PUBLIC MEETING: 

FISHER PARK POND EXPANSION AND UPGRADES TO TWO LIFT STATIONS 

OCALA, Fla. (Nov. 13, 2023) – The City of Ocala will host a public meeting to present an expansion to the existing Fisher Park Pond and upgrades to lift stations (LS) #9 and #22 on Monday, Nov. 27, at Fisher Park, 900 SE 22nd St., 5:30 p.m. This project is scheduled to begin Tuesday, Nov. 28, and will take 180 days to complete. 

Construction will take place Mondays through Fridays, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. During construction times travelers may experience delays, noise, dust and heavy equipment within the project areas. All necessary devices will be in place to redirect traffic.
